Her interest in entrepreneurship started in her early career days as an International Finance professional and as she started her journey, she realized that life as an solopreneur can be pretty lonely. She imagined a platform where women could unite and share their entrepreneurial journey with others. This is what inspired her to create her own womenpreneur network Niñas Bien™ an online community that provides unique event experiences for networking, collaboration, business growth for Latina entrepreneurs.

Her goal-getter attitude as an entrepreneur and blogger has taken her to partner with multiple brands including Los Angeles Times en Español, Tresemmé, Panda Express,Tequila Partida, Amazon Influencers and NYFW. She has also been the host of multiple press trips in New York Fashion Week and a producer of local fashion shows in California. Her previous experience combined with her passion for the industry inspired her to create Fashion Week Latina™, a global platform that unites Latinos in the fashion industry and provides networking opportunities through Industry Memberships, NYFW Influencer Press Trips, Runway Shows and Expos.

She just launched a new business in South California Movie Boho Style, a movie party rental company that transforms your backyard into a stylish movie night with boho and instagrammable decor.

Whenever Karen is not producing her next business venture, you can find her renovating her home to receive her future baby, traveling the world with her husband and baby bump, spending time with her family and close friends, or relaxing with meditation and walks by the beach. She is a firm believer in the power of positive thinking, law of attraction and active generosity.
